Now you can Create Your Own Custom Startup Screen when you order a new modular matrix switcher from us that has a color touchscreen. HDTV Supply's WolfPack default startup screen is shown here and shows our WolfPack logo and more information. We can change that to whatever you want as all you need to do is send us a 1920x1080p picture in a .png or .jpg format and we will replace our startup screen with yours. The startup screen can be black also if you want that. The custom startup screen needs our optional 7-inch color touchscreen on the 18x18 & 36x36 matrix chassis and will not work with a front panel that has pushbuttons as it does not have a screen to install it and a 7" color touchscreen is standard on our 44x44 through 80x80 matrix chassis.
We can also use your logo.

If you already own one of our WolfPack™ modular matrix systems that has a color touchscreen, contact us with your order number to see whether it can be installed. For the existing chassis to be upgraded with the customized startup screen, the control board needs to be the latest version, so contact us with your past order number. The implementation of the custom startup screen may take a day or so, so please add that to your shipping schedule.

A: The picture can be .png or .jpg formats, and the one we use in the upgrade firmware is .png
Q: What program do you use to create them?
A: We usually use Photoshop to edit the picture size and format.
Q: What is a program that we can suggest to our customers to use that would be easy, and we give them step-by-step instructions?
A: We recommend using Photoshop, but it can be any software which can modify the picture size and export as .png format.
Q: Can different words be in assorted colors?
A: Yes since it's a .png picture, it can have different words and colors.
Q: I want you to design my startup screen, what do I need to do?
A: Draw or sketch using the dimensions below of what you want, and then email that as an attachment to rachel @ hdtvsupply . com and he will quote you on creating it. If you want colors, please note that on the sketch as well as create a colored picture. The normal cost to create a Custom Startup Screen is $200 and includes 5 Edits. Additional edits are $25 each.
