Why should I buy from HDTVSupply.com?
We have been in business since 2002. With over 75,000 customers online as of January 2013. Orders are shipped domestic as well as international including Canada and 40 other countries.

Can we get a quote on an item?
Sure, we understand that the Government and others require a quote on each item sometimes. Please email us or fax us and we will respond to your quote.

I need a copy of an Invoice!
Please see the "contact us" link email us as much information as you can, ie: order number, ship to, name , and addresses and etc. Include an Email address or Fax number where to send the Invoice.

I am a local customer can I stop by to pick up my items?
We cannot permit traffic nor have a brick and mortar store. We cannot have any pickups due to Insurance and many other reasons if you order online before 2PM you will receive the next Business Day.

I need an item tomorrow do you ship overnight (Next Day Air)?
Yes, our cutoff time is 2PM Pacific Standard Time If after 2PM. please give us a call and we will see what we can do for you. Also we stock many products in different locations, and sometime direct ship from the manufacturer. If you urgently need it tomorrow please give us a call and we will do our best.

I need to Cancel or modify my Order!
If you wish to cancel your order please respond to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Please state you wish to cancel we will respond promptly. If you wish to modify your order please again email us by responding to the confirmation email with the changes/additions you wish to make or call us at 800-841-9238

Can you use our UPS FedEx shipper number?
In certain situations we may be able to use your UPS / Fedex account. Please add it to your checkout notes and we will let you know if we can use it

Will you collect sales tax?
Only orders shipped to California will be charged 7.5% sales tax. If you are in California and buying items for resale or have a Tax Exempt status please fax your certificate to 805-435-2623 and we will remove the tax after the online order is placed. You can also put "tax Exempt" in the comments section on the checkout page. We will also email you a revised invoice.

When will my order ship?
We stock locally in house as well as warehouses in other states, of all orders ship the same day if ordered online by 2 PM Pacific Standard time including Canada and 40 other countries

I never received a confirmation email of my order.
Invalid email addresses will not receive confirmation or tracking information. If you made an error in your email address we can send you tracking as well as an invoice for your records just email us. You also may not of clicked the final place order button submit on the final checkout page if you return to our site it usually holds the shopping cart.

Did you receive my order?
When you place an order you should receive an immediate confirmation. To the email used to place the order. If not check your spam box Or contact us

What is the order Status of my Order I placed?
We email tracking information the same or next business day Depending if you ordered before our 2PM cut off time. You can also check your status here This page is updated at various times of day and with tracking information when shipped.

How much is shipping?
We have a shipping calculator which can be accessed once an item is in the shopping cart. The calculator is below the shopping cart 1) After you put item into cart 2) Use guest checkout 3) enter your Zip Code or Postal Code (No postal code enter 00000) 4) Enter County Select "Apply" next to Shipping methods
