The Marshall CV356-10X is a compact zoom camera for fixed production positions and close-up work. Its optical zoom changes framing remotely, while an included adapter ring accepts separately purchased close-up lenses and ND filters. SDI and HDMI connections make it useful for both production feeds and local monitoring.
Marshall CV356-10X Features
- 10x optical zoom lens. The 4.7–47 mm, F1.6–F3.0 lens changes framing without moving the camera mount. A separate 12x digital zoom is available when additional electronic enlargement is appropriate to the shot.
- Simultaneous HD outputs. SDI and HDMI outputs operate simultaneously at supported formats up to 1080p60. Feed production equipment and a local monitor from the camera without making the monitor the only path onward.
- Close-up and filter options. The supplied adapter ring accepts 49 mm close-up lenses and ND filters. These optional accessories extend setup choices for near subjects or bright scenes and are purchased separately.
- Remote VISCA control. VISCA over RS-485 permits camera adjustment from a compatible controller. This makes zoom and camera setup accessible when the camera body is mounted inside a set or in a difficult position.
- Local menu and audio access. The included breakout cable provides a menu joystick and audio embedding input. An installer can make local adjustments and connect an audio source without adding a separate camera-control panel for initial setup.
- Standard mounting and supplied power. A 1/4-inch-20 mounting hole supports common camera mounting hardware, and a 12 V supply is included. The camera can be built into a fixed rig with the lens accessory space considered during mounting.
