What This Video Wall Controller Does
This WolfPack video wall controller captures, A/D converts, routes and distributes an all-format signal to an LCD video wall while maintaining a true digital signal. One HDMI source is split across four displays so the four screens show a single large image.
The controller accepts two HDMI sources at up to 4K 30Hz. You select which input is live using the IN1 and IN2 buttons on the remote. Each of the four outputs sends 1080p60 to its display.
A 3.5mm de-embedded audio output with a front panel volume knob feeds your powered speakers or an external amplifier. This is a line-level output, so passive speakers require an amplifier.
How Many Displays Does a 2x2 Video Wall Use?
A 2x2 video wall uses four displays arranged two wide and two high. This controller has four HDMI outputs, so it drives exactly four displays. It cannot drive a 2x4 video wall, which needs eight displays and eight outputs. If you need eight or more displays, use a larger WolfPack video wall processor.
