Refund Requests: You can initiate a refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase from the Xencelabs Estore. All returns must be made to the region where the product was purchased.

Conditions for Returns:

Products must be in original condition with no physical damage (except for damages sustained during transportation).

Return Shipping Costs:
