USER ADJUSTABLE EDID: The separate EDID function on each IN & OUT is only necessary whenever you encounter any display on the HDMI output port that cannot play audio and video properly.
The source outputs the lowest common audio/video format supported by all displays (typically 720p stereo) to ensure compatibility. Users can also set the matrix to use the EDID of the lowest-capability display for reliable playback.
