This passive 3X1 5.1 Analog Audio Switch allows manual switching between two separate 5.1 sources. There is no remote control for this 4X1 5.1 Analog Audio Manually Operated Switch. There's no hum from power supplies or hiss or other noise from electronics since there's no electronics and no power supply. It needs neither batteries nor a power outlet. The unit was designed to switch video inputs but we have modified it to work with 6 - analog inputs and 3 - way switching.

This hand picked and tweaked 3X1 5.1 Analog Audio Switcher has a matched frequency response from 10 Hz to 50 KHz +-0.5 db making the 5.1 switching as good as wiring the SACD, DVD-Audio or Blu-ray player directly.

This 3X1 5.1 Analog Audio Manual Switch simply connects the selected pairs of RCA jacks together. Simply designate and connect like-colored jacks together and the signal is passed through unaltered. Your connections should be as follows:

FL - L - White
FR - R - Red
Sub - V - Yellow
Ctr - Y - Green
SL - Pb - Blue
SR - Pr - Red (Orange)
SBL - N/A - (Direct Connection to amp if need 7.1)
SBR - N/A - (Direct Connection to amp if need 7.1)
