HDTV Supply tries to ship all orders the same day we get them and have a >90% rate of doing it, even if they come in after UPS and the USPS have left.
Our shipping prices are very reasonable especially considering the extra effort we make to ensure safe delivery of your order. We double box many orders and use the safest packing materials. Our shipping prices include full insurance for lost or damaged goods.
We also offer special shipping prices for high quantity purchases. And unlike most other websites, our online system will calculate and display discounted shipping fees for domestic or international orders before you enter your information. In this way you know exactly what you will pay before you proceed with the order.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Los Angeles, California warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse.
Our warehouse system is spread out throughout the United States with the ability to ship to most locations on the same day. Our low cost shipping charges save you money and we do not charge sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of California. All telephone orders placed before 9:00AM PST on Friday and Internet orders by 11:00 AM PST on Friday for Next Day & 2nd day air may ship on Monday. NOTE 3: Change / Cancellation Of Shipment: Customers may make a change or cancel order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive the package and contact us to get the (RMA) Return Material Authorization number before return. If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing cost.
If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.
As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements and specifications. In return, we would like you to treat the purchases seriously.
Do I have to sign for the package when it's delivered? All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery. Please arrange for someone to sign for the delivery if you are unable to do so. We recommend that you provide an email address, so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order, and send you tracking information. You will be able to track your order online or by phone for an estimated time of arrival. FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it.
HDTV Supply offers the following shipping methods and here is an estimate of delivery times:
For Next Day end of day, that is called Next Day Saver with no delivery time guarantee on the next day delivery. But generally, Next Day Air gets it there guaranteed in the AM.
For items too big to ship via UPS Ground (large HDTVs, furniture) add an additional 3 business days for truck delivery.
Please note that USPS Priority shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or need to have the order by a certain date, please choose 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping method instead. Based on our experience, 90% of USPS Priority shipments have been delivered within 1-3 business days. On rare occasions we may ship by DHL, Airborne Express or FedEx due to restrictions imposed by our suppliers or the country you live in.
UPS Ground Delivery can take anywhere from 1-7 "Business Days" depending on location (UPS does not pick-up/ship/deliver Ground packages on Saturday or Sunday). See our UPS time in transit map for details. If you supply an incorrect address and UPS makes an address correction, you will be subject to an $8 correction fee for ground packages and a $10 address correction fee for Air packages.
Product Shipping Point: Most of the products ship from our inventory in California but we ship some products from distributors, other resellers and the manufacturer of the product if we are out of stock. This helps us provide our customers with the best possible service on a large selection of products. All orders placed on Friday for UPS Next Day Service may be shipped on the following Monday (Not Saturday).
A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number if not shipped by USPS First Class Air as you selected. This way, you can check delivery status. We are not responsible for wrong addresses.
We will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of you, the Customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once we deliver the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for delays.
Note: The cut off time for UPS is 11:00am PST. The cut off time for USPS is 6AM PST. All orders placed after this time may be shipped out the next day. The transit time is calculated after the order has been shipped in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. The shipping day/processing day does not count toward the transit period. All orders placed after the cut-off time, may be shipped out on the following business day.
'Next Day Air' does not indicate that you will receive your order the following business day. You must place your order before the cut of time for UPS if you would like to receive your order on the next business day. Risk of loss is upon Customer once we delivers the product to the carrier.

International Shipments: Shipping charges shown during the check out process are for orders shipped to the U.S. and internationally. If you are not shipping to the U.S. please do not pick U.S. shipping methods. All International orders MUST be shipped to the Bill To address. You can expect your delivery anywhere from 7-14 days after ordering due to many variables. We can also accept payment for International Orders by Wire Transfer.
Typically international and APO/FPO orders shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) are delivered within one to three weeks of the date shipped. However, on rare occasions, it may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. USPS provides a delivery confirmation number with your shipment. If a lost package claim must be filed, we need to wait the full 8 weeks to allow for delivery of the order.
Also, you the Buyer are totally responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. We do not know what they will be and they may be substantial depending upon your countries unique statutes and the total dollar value of the order.
The fees will need to be paid upon delivery of your order and your country may only take cash so please check with your customs department for the method of payment.
Failure to pay it will mean the product will be sent back to the U.S. and you will need to pay for that cost along with the shipping companies penalty which is substantial.
Shipping Terms: HDTV Supply will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once HDTV Supply delivers the Product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and HDTV Supply shall not be liable for delays.
Fulfillment Fee (Drop shipment fee) There is no additional fulfillment fee for orders shipped directly to end-users
Minimum Order Size(Handling Fee): All orders under $100 are subject to a $10 handling fee unless order is submitted online.
Using Your UPS or FEDEX account: If asked, HDTV Supply may use your UPS or FEDEX account number vs. ours. Please call us at 800-841-9238 as well as FAX (to (805) 435-2623 or Email it as an attachment to support @ NOSPAMhdtvsupply.com - delete NOSPAM and compress) us a signed copy of the Authorization To Use Your UPS/FEDEX Account Agreement. HDTV Supply may add a $5.00 fee to offset the labor involve with doing it.
Refused Shipment/Charges: A $50 charge per refused shipment will be deducted from any credit due the customer.
Our-of-stock and back-ordered products: Although we strive to maintain our inventory constant, we may experience an back-order status when we run out of certain products. When this occurs, we will send an e-mail with a notice on the out-of-stock item and an estimated arrival time when available.
Damage: Damage to any item must be reported to the delivery company at the time of delivery.
Signature May Be Required on delivery: We require signature on all shipments unless you have specified signature waiver. If a person is not present to accept the package, a notice of delivery will be left at your door. Some customers may have special arrangements or signature waivers with the local UPS office to leave a package which we will honor if the option is checked on your order, but normal liabilities do not apply.
Requesting signature waiver will result in your shipment insurance being waived and you have the sole responsibility in the event of loss or theft. HDTV Supply, UPS or any other carrier is not responsible for any liabilities arising from your choosing signature waiver when placing an order at this store.

When should I expect my shipment? Please note that shipping times may vary with customer's location; while shipments should not take longer than listed below, they are sometimes faster. Please remember that count of business days begins on the day after the order ships and does not include weekends.
International Shipments: Please note that delivery times on international shipments varies greatly from country to country, and so we cannot specify an outside delivery time for these methods.
