This 11X2 Mega-Scaler allows you to upscale and switch your standard definition or high definition sources to resolutions up to 1080p. The two HDMI outputs work simultaneously and are the same. If both of the analog and digital audio are connected, the digital audio has the priority. The analog audio from the input is digitized and outputted to the 2 - HDMI connections as well as the digital audio outs. The HDMI mirrored outputs also have separate analog audio output. One of the HDMI input supports audio 5.1. This 11X2 Mega-Scaler has the ability of equalization and amplification to ensure HDMI signal's transmission through long cable without quality loss.
NOTE: The 4X2 HDMI portion of this 11X2 Switcher has 2 mirrored outputs (the same) that you can wire to see the selected input on 2 - TV's. The 2 HDMI outputs allows you to have the choice of sending high def audio and video signals up to 2 displays and eliminates the inconvenience of disconnecting and reconnecting of a different source. It is NOT an HDMI matrix switcher as both HDMI outputs are the same.
Control of this switcher can be managed via its IR remote control, RS-232, or our optional RS-232 to Ethernet Converter. The RS-232 to Ethernet Converter allows control of the unit from anywhere in the world given you know how to write RS-232 code and have the correct serial Ethernet hardware. The switchers RS-232 control allows the switcher to also be controlled by 3rd party control systems like Crestron, AMX and Control4, or any computerized software/hardware control systems.

Q: I have a widescreen with HDMI and a projector with component inputs, how do I use them?
A: You will need to change both outputs to 720p and use this HDMI to Component Video Adapter. Component video doesn't support 1080p.
Q: I have one 1080i projector and one 1080p TV, will this work?
A: This 11 input to 2 HDMI outputs Mega-Scaler upscales all inputs to either 720p or 1080p so you will need 2- 1080p displays or get a
HDMI Resolution Changer for the 1080i one. Most, though, support 720p also along with 1080i so check your TV manual.
