A unit of UniDrive is a high performance active point-to-point Cat 5 extender which facilitates distribution of high definition component video, analog stereo audio, and digital audio signals from a source to a display over a maximum distance of up to 1,000 feet. Including proprietary Active Gain Equalization technology, high frequency signals are accessible with their original quality intact. The AVP-11 not only sets the pathway for remote control of AV components but also creates key signal paths that are important for premium audio and video entertainment and replaces six coaxial cables with two easy to install and inexpensive Cat 5 cables, and requires no power at the Cat 5 Receiver.
