Registration for New Tax Exempt Status with HDTV Supply: If you are a tax-exempt business, government, school or non-profit organization then we WILL NOT charge tax on your order if you register with us below & provide us your certification of tax exempt status. After you have registered just put you TAX exempt number in the order COMMENTS box and we will deduct the tax.

How to register for TAX EXEMPT status: Download this TAX EXEMPT FORM, fill it out and FAX it to Rachel at (805) 435-2623 or scan it and email as an attachment to rachel @ hdtvsupply . com. The form must be completely filled out including every paragraph!

If You Are a Current Customer and Are Eligible For Tax Exemption: Please fax your tax exemption certificate Rachel at (805) 435-2623 or rachel @ hdtvsupply . com or call Rachel at 800-841-9238 and we will then quickly adjust your order accordingly.

If You Are a New Customer and Need to Order ASAP: Simply place your order as a new customer. Then fax your tax exemption certificate to Tax Exemption at (805) 435-2623 or rachel @ hdtvsupply . com or call Rachel at 800-841-9238. We will then process your order as quickly as possible, and will refund any tax that was charged back to you the payment method you used.
