The Atlona HDMI 16 by 16 Matrix Switcher has 16 inputs, 16 outputs, HDCP compliant, EDID learning capabilities, RS-232 control option, and 9 programmable memory presets. Atlona 3 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions: In order to get a warranty replacement for a defective item, HDTV
Supply's and Atlona Support Team must verify the product is eligible for warranty. A warranty number will then be issued to the customer along with the Warranty Form. Both the Warranty Number and the Warranty Form must be completely filled out printed and shipped along with the product. Shipped replacements for Warranty, will be in like new conditions, tested and all components included. Please register your product along with its serial number at Atlona Product Registration upon receiving the product.
