Q: How does the EDID work?

A: Automatic EDID learning will detect all the connected HDMI equipped monitors and analyze all the content of EDID. The EDID with minimal resolution support will be the reference EDID for incoming HDMI source devices.

3 Year Limited Warranty: HDTV Supply includes a 3 year warranty on all Atlona products which warrants that (a) its products will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt and (b) that the 1x4 HDMI Distribution Amplifier will be free from defects in materials & workmanship under normal use & service for a period of 3 years.

Atlona 3 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions: In order to get a warranty replacement for a defective item, HDTV Supplys and Atlona Support Teams must verify the product is eligible for warranty. A warranty number will then be issued to the customer along with the Warranty Form. Both the Warranty Number and the Warranty Form must be completely filled out printed and shipped along with the product.
