The AS-8X8 Audio Switch is a crosspoint matrix configuration of 8 stereo audio inputs and 8 stereo audio outputs. The 8 x 8 design allows any or all of the 8 inputs to be switched to any or all of the 8 stereo outputs. The low noise design and wide bandwidth assure clean audio.

The inputs and outputs are balanced line level type with phone (RCA) connectors. Routing selection is either by front panel thumbwheel or RS-232 remote control. Under RS-232 control, the AS-8X8 in junction with our VS-8X8 (see our video switcher section) form a complete audio/video crosspoint switcher. Unbalanced stereo input/output.
