Advance Replacement ProgramHDTV Supply offers an In Warranty, Advance Replacement Program for select products that provides customers a quicker resolution to unlikely product failures. The Advance Replacement Program is not free & costs 10% of the product cost or $150, whichever is larger. HDTV Supply will ship a new unit by UPS or FEDEX Next Air within 24 hours of your agreement to go ahead. That cost is not firm & depends upon the product, its manufacturer and date of purchase, but is a good estimate.

HDTV Supply's free standard warranty that is built in the cost is one year depending upon the product you purchased & stated on the product page you purchased from. That line item warranty pricing of the product was based upon:

1. A device being sent to us prepaid for repair after HDTV Supply issues an RMA (Return Material Authorization).

2. We diagnose, repair or replace the device and send it back to you by insured UPS ground.

3. The turn-around time is usually 2 or 3 days depending upon parts availability, work load, weekends, holidays and other factors.

Advance Replace Program Outline:

  • Call HDTV Supply at 800-841-9238 with your needs
  • After troubleshooting if it is determined that your unit is defective and needs replacement, and is eligible for the Advance Replacement Program we ship a replacement unit to you by UPS or FEDEX
  • We will try to ship the same day you called but plan on it being shipped within 24 hours. he shipment will occur from Monday to Friday, not including weekends and holidays.
  • We will charge a credit card for the replacement unit plus an Advance Replacement fee of 10% of the product cost or $150, whichever is larger
  • You ship your defective unit to HDTV Supply
  • We credit your account for the replacement unit amount
  • If the defective unit is within warranty we credit your account for the return or if the unit is out of warranty the repair fee is charged to your credit card.
  • Occasional circumstances such as product availability, physical inventory or holiday shutdowns, may prolong shipping schedules. Customer Service will advise you in advance if such situations exist.

  • How do I get started: To take advantage of the Advance Replacement Program, please contact HDTV Supply at 800-841-9238
  • What Information Is Needed When I Call:
    • Last 5 digits of your order number
    • Credit card information to charge the replacement unit to
    • Your FEDEX/UPS account number for shipping another unit to you
    • Your mode of transportation and any special handling requirements
    • Serial number of defective unit being returned, if it has one
    • A detailed problem description of defective unit being returned
What we do with the information given above?
  • We ship a replacement unit to you per your shipping instructions
  • You are charged for the replacement unit
  • You are charged 10% of the product cost or $100, whichever is larger
  • We give you a Return Material Authorization for the defective unit. This number must be marked on the box when returning unit
How Long Do I Have to Return the Defective Unit:
  • The defective unit must be returned to the provide address within 7 calender days
  • Reference the RMA number on the box(es) when shipping the defective unit back to us or the address we give you to send it to
What Happens Once the Defective Unit is Received:
  • We will credit your account for the replacement unit amount
  • If the returned unit is out of warranty a repair fee will be charged to your account

Why do I have to pay for an Advance Replacement Program:

  • We try to keep our products at the lowest retail cost
  • If an Advance Replacement cost was included that retail cost would be significantly more
  • You can budget for the maintenance of your equipment
  • You know what you are getting up front as there won't be any surprises if and when you need emergency services.

Additional Notes Regarding the Advance Replacement Program:

  • To get your Advance Replacement account set up, please contact Customer Service at (800) 841-9238
  • Advance Replacement should included all the units that came with it including AC power adapters, receivers, etc.
  • The warranty on the replacement unit shipped to you will be the balance of the warranty remaining on the unit returned by you or six months, if returned unit is out of warranty
  • Failure to reference the RMA number will result in the box(es) being refused at our shipping dock. These boxes will be returned to you at your expense and credit will not be processed.
  • Occasional circumstances such as product availability, physical inventory or holiday shutdowns, may prolong shipping schedules. Customer Service will advise you in advance if such situations exist.
