The 8x8 Component Matrix Switcher is a true Matrix Routing Switcher for Component Video (YPbPr or RGB) signals with no audio. It switches 8 individual Component Video inputs with 8 individual Component Video outputs. Because it is a matrix router, any input may be routed to any output; or the same input may be routed to all outputs or any combination thereof.

This 8x8 Component Matrix Switcher completely eliminates the need to constantly move around video input and output cables. The SB-8802 is useful for Matrix signals from Component Video YPbPr/RGB source devices (such as: Blu-Ray, Video Game Consoles, VCRs, Camcorders, DVDs, Satellite Receivers, CATV Set Top Boxes, etc.) to Component Video YPbPr/RGB destination devices (such as: LCD TV, HDTV, Plasma displays, Projectors, etc.).

The selection of inputs is made via the Front Panel push buttons, the included Infrared Remote Control or RS 232 control by computer. The 8x8 Component Matrix Switcher includes Windows based GUI switching program at no additional charge. Eight (8) memory locations to store preset matrices.

The unit does not have audio so if you need that see our 8X8 Component Video + Digital / Analog Audio Matrix Switcher or buy 2. This matrix switch can upgraded to an 8X16 and 8X24 but with the below caveats. The warranty states that (a) its products (the �Product�) will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt and (b) that the Product will be free from defects in materials & workmanship under normal use & service for a period of 3 years.

In order to get a warranty replacement for a defective item, HDTV Supplys and Shinybows Support Team will verify the product is eligible for warranty. An RMA number will then be issued.
